He (or She) who pays the bills owns the code. When we finish a project, we pass back to you all source code. Obviously we keep a backup copy for a month or so, just in case things go wrong. What we don't do is release the change you commissioned and paid for back to the general community for them to make use of, unless of course you ask us to.
